The result sees Barca B secure second place in their Segunda B division as they chase promotion to the Segunda under coach Javi Garcia Pimienta.
Barca B’s goalscorers on the day were Matheus Fernandes, Oriol Busquets (2) and Rej Manaj. Scottish striker Jack Harper was on the scoresheet for Villarreal B on Sunday.
