A former Barca striker, Kluivert is now the club’s academy director and says it’s almost seamless when a top Dutch player joins the club thanks to the similarities in styles.
Kluivert believes it is particularly smooth when that player arrives from Ajax. Significantly, Frenkie de Jong is enjoying a major role in Barca’s title push in his second season since joining from the Amsterdam giants.
