Liverpool are challenging Barcelona for Lyon’s Bosman prospect Memphis Depay.
RMC says Barcelona are still interested in signing Depay, who is also now one of Liverpool‘s targets ahead of the 2021 summer transfer window.
Depay is set to become a free agent at the end of the ongoing campaign and Barca are eyeing a summer move for the forward.
But the same report claims that Jurgen Klopp is also looking to sign Depay as he is versatile and has the ability to play anywhere across the front three.
The former Manchester United man has scored 74 goals and 52 assists for Lyon since his debut at the French side in 2017.
