PSG chief Leonardo is moving for Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum.
Off contract in June, Wijnaldum is free to negotiate pre-contract terms with any foreign club.
And Le Parisien says the Holland international has emerged as a target for PSG.
With Barcelona stalling on their plans to deal in Wijnaldum, Leonardo has spotted his chance to tempt the midfielder to Paris next season.
Leonardo is currently very active in the free agency market, having also made contact with Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos, Barcelona star Leo Messi and Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.
