16′ CADIZ LEAD! The Madrid defenders don’t pick up Lozano’s run until it’s too late and he chips his shot over Courtois. The goalkeeper does get something on it, but not enough to stop it from bouncing across the line. 1-0 Cadiz!

14′ GOOD SAVE! Cala picks up the ball in midfield and the Madrid defenders are in no hurry to close him down as he makes a driving run to the edge of the box. He drills a low shot to the bottom corner and Courtois gets down quickly to push it away.

12′ CLOSE! Vazquez pulls away from his defender as he cuts inside from the right and finds space to shoot just outside the box. He tries to curl his shot into the top-right corner, but his effort sails just over the bar.

10′ Kroos picks out Benzema in a small pocket of space on the left of the box and the forward goes for goal with a low shot towards the bottom-right corner. There’s no power on it though and it’s a comfortable save for Ledesma.

8′ SAVE! Vazquez plays a sloppy pass into midfield which Negredo collects and he picks out Lozano with a brilliant throughball. He takes the shot first time on the edge of the box, but Courtois punches it away.

6′ Madrid are keeping the ball well at the moment, but all of their possession is in front of Cadiz and they’re struggling to get forward. Modric tries to pick out Vinicius’ run but overhits it and it goes straight out of play.

4′ Varane switches play out to Vinicius on the left with a brilliant pass and he cuts inside to get away from Akapo. A heavy touch takes the ball away from him on the edge of the box and Fali comes across to clear it.

2′ OFF THE LINE! Kroos is caught on the ball after taking too long to clear Fernandez’s cross into the box from the right and Negredo runs onto it. He takes the shot on the turn and beats Courtois, but Ramos is covering and makes the clearance on the line.
