Martin Braithwaite is proud to have scored his first goal for Barcelona.
The former Leganes striker scored in Saturday’s 4-0 rout of Real Mallorca.
“As a forward you always want to score and I’ve waited a long time for this moment,” said Braithwaite.
“To start off winning was very important because it allows you to pick up confidence.”
On Tuesday Barcelona face Leganes at Camp Nou, his former side.
“It will be very special to play against Leganes,” said Braithwaite. “Playing without fans is strange but that’s how things are right now.”
