Mundo Deportivo says Liverpool are interested in a summer move for Dembele.
Manager Jurgen Klopp is said to be a long-term admirer of the winger, who may be available this summer with heavy talk of an imminent exit.
The Reds would face competition for his signature, however, with Italian giants Juventus also reportedly interested.
Dembele has managed just five league appearances (nine in all competitions) for Barcelona in a season that has been blighted by injury.
