Barcelona striker Luis Suarez admits he’s yet to hear from the club about a new contract.
The 33 year-old has a deal to 2021 and the Uruguayan hopes to stay.
He told Mundo Deportivo: “Discussions for an extension? No nothing at all. I have already clarified how my contractual situation was, but today I do not think about that, I do not think about the future, because in the situation that the world lives today, we have to think about the present and to what we are experiencing.
“We must go ahead and then we will talk about the future. For the moment, I have a contract with the club and I do not think of anything other than to fulfill this contract.
“Later, the time will surely come for the club and for me to sit down and chat, because the relationship has always been good.”
