Despite the comprehensive win, the Congolese side will not qualify to the quarter-final of the Caf Champions League
AS Vita Club subdued JS Kabylie 4-1 in Saturday’s Caf Champions League encounter.
Goals from Djuma Shabani, Yannick Bangala, Ernest Luzolo and Fiston Mayele were all the Black Dolphins needed to tear apart the hosts inside Stade des Martyrs, Kinshasa.
Rezki Hamroune got a goal for the Algerians but that counted for nothing as they will not be in the next round of the competition alongside Florent Ibenge’s men.
