Chelsea are closing on a deal for 17-year-old PSG midfielder Kays Ruiz-Atil.
RMC says Blues chief Claude Makelele has travelled to Paris to work on a deal for the youngster, whose relationship with the hierarchy at the Ligue 1 champions has broken down.
Chelsea will have to negotiate a fee with PSG for Ruiz-Atil’s signature, with officials at the French club unhappy with the lack of dialogue between the two clubs thus far.
The report details that Chelsea have contacted Ruiz-Atil’s representatives over a possible move to London.
The teen moved to Paris from Barcelona in 2015 in a controversial departure from La Masia.
