Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount would not be out of place at a top club like Real Madrid or Barcelona.
That is the opinion of Mitchell van Bergen.
The latter knows mount from their time at Vitesse in the Dutch League, where Mount was on loan during the 2017-2018 season.
He scored 13 goals for Vitesse, and impressed the likes of van Bergen.
“I look at Chelsea matches more often because of him,” van Bergen told NOS.
“He got his chance there and took hold of it. And he’s also knocking on the door of the English national team. That doesn’t surprise me.
“Mason is going to reach the absolute top. In the Premier League he will be a complete player and I see him eventually ending up at Barcelona or Real Madrid. I think he will fit there.”
