Barcelona wing-back Sergi Roberto: We’re angry and p****d off

Barcelona wing-back Sergi Roberto admits there’s great frustration after their 2-2 draw at Osasuna.

Barça came back from a goal down to lead 2-1 thanks to goals from Ansu Fati and Arthur Melo but Roberto Torres‘ late penalty, his second goal of the game, earned the hosts a point.

“We leave feeling angry and p****d off,” he told Movistar. “We’ve done the difficult part, which was coming back from Osasuna‘s first goal, and in the end they equalise with a penalty. We’ve dropped two points.

Osasuna pressed a lot in the first half and we struggled to get control of the ball, with their fans pushing them on a lot. They scored the chance which came their way. Now we have to think about our next games.”

Sergi Roberto said he “didn’t see” the Gerard Pique handball which led to the penalty but that the referee “was clear” about his decision.
