PSG are encouraging Barcelona to get serious about signing Neymar.
A high level source has told L’Equipe that PSG are prepared to sell the Brazil captain before the market shuts.
And it’s emerged Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu is willing to set up a loan arrangement with the option to buy.
“We are open, but the goal is not to reach an agreement, but to meet the required financial conditions,” said the official.
“We were confirmed last night. The amount was not leaked.
“It is a formula that it is not totally ruled out in Paris, but it would have to be done under certain conditions.”
