Manchester United fullback Matteo Darmian is interesting Barcelona.
Mundo Deportivo says Barcelona are considering a shock move for Darmian this summer.
Darmian – predominantly a right-back – has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford following the arrival of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, while Luke Shaw has nailed down the spot on the left flank.
Barcelona are monitoring Darmian’s situation as they eye an eventual replacement for Jordi Alba on the left.
The Catalan giants’ first choices are Real Betis‘ Junior Firpo and Bayern Munich‘s David Alaba but the pair would both cost a significant transfer fee.
