Liverpool and Chelsea are battling for wantaway Barcelona teen Alejandro Balde.
Sport says Barcelona are fighting a losing battle to keep 16-year-old Balde at the club.
Liverpool and Chelsea are both interested in the starlet, who is said to have his ‘bags packed’ for a move to England despite Barca’s efforts to change his mind.
Given Chelsea‘s current transfer ban, Liverpool are favourite to sign Balde if he does move on.
The Blues are only allowed to sign players under 16 years of age for the next two windows.
