Liverpool full-back Alberto Moreno is one of two Premier League players being eyed up by French side Marseille.

The Ligue 1 outfit currently lie in fifth place in the table and are looking to reinforce their side for the second half of the season.

League leaders Paris Saint-Germain appear to have the title pretty much wrapped up with 14 wins and two draws from their opening 16 games. They’re 13 points clear of second-placed Lille with a game in hand.

The top two sides in France will go straight in to the Champions League group stages next season and Marseille are watching the five-point gap between themselves and Lille.

Moreno is being tipped to move to Marseille after falling behind Andrew Robertson in the Liverpool pecking order. He has made just two starts in the Premier League, one in the Carabao Cup defeat at home to Chelsea and an eight-minute substitute appearance in the home win over Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League.

Marseille also have Arsenal full-back Nacho Monreal on their wishlist. However, the Spaniard has had an injury-hit season and with central defender Rob Holding out of action for the rest of the season with an anterior cruciate ligament injury manager Unai Emery may decide to keep Monreal at the Emirates as back up.

Barcelona and Galatasaray are also being linked with Moreno and there have even been reports of interest from Arsenal.
