Thierry Henry claimed his first win as AS Monaco manager at the seventh time of asking on Saturday evening.

Caen 0-1 AS Monaco

AS Monaco slided past Caen 1-0 at the Stade Michel-d’Omario to keep the pressure on the runaway leaders PSG.

The goal came a few minutes into the second half from Colombian Radamel Falcao after pouncing on poor defending for Thierry Henry’s first win since taking the hotseat.

Dijon 0-0 Bordeaux

Dijon and Bordeauz played to a disappointing goalless draw at the Stade Gaston Gerard on Saturday evening.

The result leaves both sides still in the bottom-tier of the standings, with Bordeaux missing the chance to get into the top half.

Nantes 1-1 Angers

Nantes and Angers played to a 1-1 draw at the Stade Nantes, with the visitors drawing first blood courtesy of Stephane Bahoken.

The home side responded within the first spell through the boot of Anthony Limbombe for a share of the spoils.

The result leaves both stuck outside of the top eight standings as their 10th and 13th place positions respectively remain intact.

Reims 2-1 Guingamp

Reims pulled a rabbit out of the hat with a surprise 2-1 victory at home to Guingamp. The goals came through Xavier Chavalerin and Alaixys Romao.

A penalty 10 minutes from time by Marcus Thuram ended as a mere consolation for the visiting outfit.

Strasbourg 0-1 Nimes

A 10-men Strasbourg were brought down 1-0 by Nimes on their own turf, with the only goal happening in the Herve Lybohy.

Stefan Mitrovic was the unfortunate party to be dismissed later on in the game for unsporting conduct.
