It’s the final day of the Premier League season and there’s two big issues to sort.

Champions League football is on the agenda, with Liverpool needing a point at home to Brighton to secure a top four place. If they lose, victory for Chelsea at Newcastle would steal the Blues a spot in the competition instead of Jurgen Klopp’s men.

Elsewhere, if Southampton lose to Manchester City and Swansea beat relegated Stoke (with a 10 goal swing needed in the process) the Swans will complete an inexplicable escape act from relegation.

Predict those and the rest of the final day fixtures by voting in our polls.

Manchester United host Watford and it’s Arsene Wenger’s final match as Arsenal manager, as the Premier League campaign draws to a close. Predict the last round of fixtures and discuss how your season has gone in the comments section below.
