Manchester City hope to clinch the title against rival Manchester United, but that’s only one of four derbies taking place this week.

This. Is. It.

The title could be won on Saturday — and it’s Manchester United’s worst nightmare. Victory for Manchester City in the derby will confirm them as champions over their great rivals, but United are out to spoil the party and consolidate second place.

It’s derby day weekend, with Everton hosting Liverpool in Saturday’s early kickoff, while Chelsea face a feisty encounter with West Ham on Sunday.

Predict those and the rest of the weekend action by voting in the polls below.

There’s plenty of intrigue at the bottom as well. West Brom begin life after Alan Pardew with a clash against fellow strugglers Swansea, and there’s a big game on the south coast as Brighton welcome Huddersfield to the AMEX.

Elsewhere, Crystal Palace are at Bournemouth and Arsenal host Southampton. Predict all the Premier League matches by voting in the polls and by having your say in the comments section below.
