Faouzi Ghoulam to Manchester United

Manchester United are set to launch a £26 million bid for Napoli’s Ghoulam, according to RMC Sport. Jose Mourinho has reportedly identified the Algerian full-back as the man he wants to replace Luke Shaw. The England international is set to leave Old Trafford after a series of high-profile problems with the Portuguese coach this season. Ghoulam is believed to have a release clause of £52m at Napoli after signing a new contract in December.

Moses Simon to Liverpool

Belgian outlet Het Laatste Niews claim Simon is a Liverpool target. Jurgen Klopp’s side are said to be ready to go head-to-head with Brighton and Hove Albion and Newcastle United for the winger. If all three clubs did make an offer for the KAA Gent man, a move to Anfield would be by the most attractive and the Merseysiders are the only team with European football. Whether Simon would get minutes in Klopp’s side or be loaned out remains unclear, though. The 22-year-old Nigerian would cost around £13m and is out of contract in 2019.

Fabinho to Manchester United

Manchester United is Fabinho’s preferred destination this summer, according to The Sun. The Monaco midfielder had been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain but he is said to favour a switch to Old Trafford. The French club value him at around £55m and the player has reportedly instructed agent Jorge Mendes to make the move happen. Mourinho is thought to be in the market for another midfielder to play alongside Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba and the Brazilian fits the bill.

Tom Cairney to Leicester City

Fulham are preparing themselves for a summer of bids for their captain Cairney. Newcastle and Leicester City are leading the way for the Scotland international according to The Sun. The Championship side aren’t keen on selling the midfielder and would demand at least £20m. If they don’t go up this season, though, they are expecting him to leave as, at 27, it could be his last chance of top flight football. If Fulham do get promoted, they believe they can tie Cairney down to a new contract.

Paco Alcacer to Southampton

Barcelona forward Alcacer will be a Southampton target this summer, provided Mark Hughes keeps them in the Premier League. That’s according to the Daily Mirror. The Premier League strugglers have found it difficult in front of goal this season, with their top scorer Charlie Austin netting just six times in the Premier League. Manolo Gabbiadini is expected to return to Italy after a disappointing second season in England and Hughes will need reinforcements up front. That’s where the Barcelona man, who is set to leave the Camp Nou after failing to get into the starting XI, comes in.
